Cool East London living

The Otto

Hawkins Brown had a bold vision for their new residential scheme. And they needed their marketing tools to be just as innovative. We collaborated with Londonewcastle and London Borough of Hackney to give them exactly what they needed. CGI images, animation, 360 panoramas of the apartments, and a 1:75 scale model which lights up as you explore the building on an interactive app. The construction works are now underway on the borders of leafy Hackney Downs, and we can’t wait to watch the project come alive.

Rendering the panos at 16k pixels took some patience but the difference in detail is unbelievable. Or should I say believable?

We’re sticklers for detail. So we made sure the terracotta tiles on our model reflected the true texture and colour of the tiles on the building.

We all worked together to make sure The Otto looked just as it should across every area of the project.
